Meeting criteria listed in the ELSA LLC handbook. Each qualifying employee will receive a check for $150 for each calendar month that he/she has perfect attendance. If an employee reaches 6 consecutive months perfect attendance the bonus for that month will be the regular $150 plus an additional $100. If an employee reaches 12 consecutive months of perfect attendance the employee will receive an additional $200.
ELSA believes that the performance of the Company is a direct result of the effort and input from those who work for the Company. Therefore, ELSA has developed a company performance bonus sharing program. At the discretion of senior management, a bonus based on performance of ELSA may be distributed to all employees.
